Slouching: The Side Effects of It

Many of us today whether at the office or at school slouch from time to time. In spite of that, most of us were already told by our own parents when we were just young to sit up straight when sitting or while walking. Some of the reason people were told is that is it just an etiquette that has never died and continues to live on to people. Well to be honest, the reason not to slouch goes beyond from etiquette itself. It turns out that slouching or slumping bad not just socially but also for our overall health, below we will be discussing the drawbacks or disadvantages of slouching.

For most people, slouching seems to be more comfortable for us than sitting up straight. However, what we felt comfortable has its own backfire to our health.
